Hinge for Pivot Doors, easy installation.
Silverlight Version
DIY Installation Instructions:
1.
Mark
position of top bearing in centre of frame one third from one side. Insert top bearing and fix with screw. Keep flush with bottom of top frame.
2.
Mark top
and bottom of door one third from hanging stile/slide.
3.
Drill 25mm
hole in top of door and push top pivot in – Flush.
4.
Drill 32mm
hole in bottom and push bottom pivot bearing box in flush. Secure with screws.
5.
Place
bottom pivot plate and bearing on tiles – loose.
6.
Put grease
on the bearing. Lift door in open
position and place position as shown on sketch 2.
7.
Push door
upright depressing to pivot spring loaded pin till pin clips into top bearing
hole.
8.
Move door
to closed position and shift bottom plate till door fits squarely into frame allowing
suitable clearance all round.
9.
Drill into
tiles through holes in bottom pivot plate (8mm holes) and fix with nail in
anchors.
